My work experience encompasses a variety of industries, including e-commerce, retail, financial services, telecommunications, insurance, beauty, education.

My career started 17 years ago in financial services, working as a Brand Manager for Raiffeisen Bank. From there I moved to Bancpost and Eurobank serving as a Head of Retail Marketing for flagship products and services like consumer credit, online banking services, insurance products etc.
Transitioned to the Head of Marketing and Communications for Fashion Days Group, where I led the core brand marketing and communication department for Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary during the company’s explosive growth in tripling revenues and assumption of #1 share in fashion online.
Moved to Nepi ROCKCASTLE, the largest shopping center operator in CEE, leading a team of more than 50 marketing professionals across 26 shopping centers as Director of Marketing and Communication for the eastern portfolio (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia).

My ACADEMIC LIFE starting in 2018 with a long-term collaboration as an Associate Professor in Digital Marketing Strategies at the University of Bucharest and an Associate Trainer at the Marketing Institute Bucharest.

Throughout my consulting career, I had the opportunity to lead marketing strategy and digital strategy engagements across a variety of industries and business, including: NEPI Rockcastle, SARYA Couture Makeup, Suzuki, Uniqa Asigurari and The Marketing Institute, amongst others.

I have a BA in Business Administration from Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, a Master Degree in Public Relations and Communication from SNSPA Bucharest and a Professional Diploma Certification from the Oxford Institute of Marketing.
